These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by “Routes to Roots”.

Programme availability is subject to confirmation of the selected dates and partner availability. Participants are responsible for their international flights, visa requirements, health and travel insurance and personal expenses.

“Routes to Roots” will always do their utmost to assist and help our guests, but ultimately all risk and responsibility lies with the guest. In no way can “Routes to Roots” be held responsible for any damages or injuries of the guest, what so ever. All the services described in the experience descriptions are selected by “Routes to Roots”. Quality standards, schedules and duration of activities, will be as determined by “Routes to Roots”. Any special requests and specific requirements have to be agreed on in writing by “Routes to Roots”, prior to the payment of the experience package by the guest.

Guests with existing health conditions are advised to ask their medical practitioner about travelling to Zimbabwe. Dietary needs can be challenging in Zimbabwe. Vegetarian food can usually be arranged though. Strict Halal and Kosher is not found in Zimbabwe.

Your experience travel involves working closely with local Zimbabweans, which can involve cultural and religious differences. The guest should therefore behave in respectful and tolerant manners. “Routes to Roots”, will always assist in any way possible to solve any issues and to mediate. From the group of people that the guest will work with, one person will be named as a supervisor, and the judgements and orders from this person shall be observed and followed by the guest.

Of course, all laws and rules of Zimbabwe must be respected.
